Job Title: Fire Systems Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our team of professionals in ensuring fire safety compliance and the installation of top-tier fire safety systems.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and eager PM to join our team. This role does not require any prior experience in project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in being a quick learner, developing client relationships, being technically sound and savvy and eager to learn first and foremost. Knowledgeable in bidding new construction projects, service, and sprinkler systems is a bonus and can lead to additional compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct site visits and manage projects as needed to determine client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients
  • Scheduling material deliveries and foreman visits
  • Attending job coordination meetings and handling change orders, while going on regular job site visits
  • Submitting and following up with permits, scheduling designs with designers, reviewing install plans and stock lists before jobs begin
  • Utilize PM software to track projects and stay on budget

    Ideal Candidates:

    • Some general understanding of Construction and/or Fire Sprinkler project management
    • Ability to read blueprints
    • Eager and able to learn fire sprinkler systems and services
    • Proven track record of success in prior positions or endeavors
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Proficient in AutoCAD and other PM tools
    • Willing to work in an office environment from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM when not doing site visits
