Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to start, develop and execute our HR department with a strong focus on talent acquisition and development. This is a unique opportunity to shape the HR function from the ground up and play a crucial role in building a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

1. Department Development:

- Establish and lead the HR department, setting strategic goals and objectives.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture.

2. Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.

- Build strong relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and other talent sources.

- Implement employer branding initiatives to attract potential candidates.

3. Talent Development

- Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs.

- Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles.

- Develop performance management systems to enhance employee growth and productivity.

- Create career development plans and succession planning strategies.

4. Employee Relations

- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.

- Foster a positive work environment and address any workplace issues promptly.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

5. HR Operations

- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

- Manage HR budgets and resources efficiently.


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Proven experience in a human resources role, with a focus on talent acquisition and development.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
