Position Overview:

The Senior IT/IS Administrator role is important to the company and serves as a key support to the business and directly affects the company’s ability to meet business needs and projected growth. Additionally, the role supports the provision of timely and accurate financial data, which is a key element in the decision-making process. The role combines internal and external customer service skills with efficient technical expertise to meet the business goals. The Senior IT/IS Administrator resolves user issues and provides ERP and related data as requested. The position plays a vital part in enhancing the Company’s footprint and has the capability to contribute to the strength and sustainable growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Works with various departments to assist with business needs and processes in order to increase efficiency, promote standardization and contain costs as it relates to administrating the company’s information software and hardware.
  • Ensures that User support requests are resolved through the company's ticketing system and manages service in an efficient, timely keeping the requests current and resolved on a daily basis.
  • Delivers data requests to company representatives in an efficient, timely manner.
  • Develops reports and queries as determined by client requirements within five business days of the request.
  • Responds to user support requests within one hour, with a goal of closing 80% of user issues within 48 hours after they are created.
  • Ensures all IT / Software components related to implementation are operating cohesively and supports end user by assessing any hardware needs.
  • Organizes and deploys multiple business priorities; establishes and confirms priorities and meets deadlines; communicates proactively on changes or hold ups.
  • Alerts management immediately if timelines, materials, or business needs are disrupted.
  • Works professionally and efficiently with all levels within the organization
  • Adheres to all company employment policies and safe practices.

Technical Duties:

  • Oversees that all network security and routing, Wi-Fi/LAN networks are functioning and updated.
  • Handles all data migrations between environments using secure and sanitized processes.
  • Manages all build and release YAML in Azure DevOps, Git repositories, documents releases.
  • Manages all automation platforms including Zapier, Workato, PowerAutomate, etc.
  • Handles all API, WebHook integrations.
  • Administrates users in CRM, ERP, HCM, and other data management systems.
  • Monitors jobs and endpoint health and security.
  • Administrates system certificates.
  • Oversees VM setup, disk, and backup.
  • Manages policies in MDM.
  • Manage users and groups in Entra ID. Integrates SSO/SCIM
  • Helps to identify continuous improvement solutions to promote efficiency,
  • Adheres to all company employment policies and safe practices, specifically CAL OSHA and safety measures related to work.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Informational Systems or Technology.
  • 5+ years’ experience in relevant experience.
  • Ability to analyze and document processes.
